Teacher Support Network last night won the Charity Times award for the ‘Best Use of the Web’.

Both the nomination and win come as a result of the successes of the charity’s website, which was relaunched in August last year. The new site is full of content and enables visitors to access Teacher Support Network’s key services easily and quickly.

'Financial Assistance' remains the top issue for our callers this week

‘Financial assistance’ was the top issue category for callers to our England and Scotland Support Lines this week, with just over 35 per cent of calls. ‘Personal issues’ came in next with nearly 24 per cent, including identity, family, relationships and life events. Calls around ‘Careers’ and ‘Working Conditions’ each had around 12 per cent of calls, with ‘Health and Wellbeing’ accounting for nearly 10 per cent.
